The service

Spirit Rock Rental provides reservation software for schools and their PTA/PTO organizations. The school or connected organization controls its calendar, rental price, availability, rules, and cancellation policy and is the merchant for its rentals.

School administrators

Administrators must provide accurate information, protect their account, grant only appropriate team access, keep availability and policies current, honor their published commitments, and use the service only for lawful school fundraising activity.

Family reservations

A reservation is confirmed only after payment is verified and the chosen date is secured. Families must provide accurate contact information and follow the school’s current rules and content restrictions.

Fees and providers

Schools use the software without a subscription or setup fee. The online reservation fee is $2.95 and is shown before payment. Stripe and configured email providers operate under their own terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, submit unlawful or abusive content, upload malicious material, or use another person’s identity or payment method without authorization.

Cancellations and support
