What does the school pay?
Nothing to use Spirit Rock Rental. There is no school subscription or setup fee.
What does a parent pay?
Parents pay the school’s rental price plus a $2.95 online reservation fee. The full total is shown before payment.
Does a parent need an account?
No. Parents only share the contact information the school needs for the reservation, plus an optional short celebration message.
Can two families reserve the same day?
No. If another family finishes reserving a date first, the calendar asks you to choose a different open date.
Who receives the rental payment?
The PTA or school receives the rental payment through Stripe.
How are refunds handled?
The school’s published policy controls eligibility. See our cancellation and refund explanation for details.
Can the next PTA volunteer take over?
Yes. School data belongs to the organization, and the owner can invite team members and transfer ownership through the application.
