Information used to operate the service

School administrators provide account identity, organization, school, calendar, policy, and contact information. A family booking provides a parent or guardian name and email, optional phone number, optional student first name, and optional occasion or message.

Please do not submit a child’s age, birth date, grade, teacher, medical information, or other sensitive information. A parent account is not required.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate administrators, publish accurate availability, create and support reservations, process configured payments and refunds, deliver configured transactional messages, prevent abuse, and keep a minimized security and administrative audit trail.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments for the school, and our email provider delivers service messages. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Sharing and advertising

Spirit Rock Rental does not use renter information for behavioral advertising and does not sell it. Public calendars show only coarse availability status, never renter identity.

Retention and requests

Records are retained as needed to operate reservations, refunds, security, accounting, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion help, email [email protected]. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained.
